01Prices and what is included
Before you pay, we show the price, currency and what the Service includes, such as the number and length of sessions, programme duration and any materials. Prices may differ by country, level or programme.
02Currencies
Prices may be shown in Indian rupees (INR) or another currency depending on your location and the Service. If your bank converts the payment to another currency, it may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
03Taxes
Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India. Any taxes will be shown before you confirm payment and on your invoice.
04Tax invoices for businesses
If you are buying for a business registered for GST in India, please give us your GSTIN and registered business details before payment so that we can issue a valid tax invoice.
05How to pay
Payments are made in advance through the secure payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, depending on your location.
Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
06Payment security
Our payment providers are required to follow recognised security standards, such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Payment pages use encrypted connections. Always check that you are on an official Acadeosity or Unilearno page before entering payment details.
07Pay only through official channels
Please make payments only through official Acadeosity or Unilearno payment pages. Do not pay mentors, Academic Experts or anyone else directly. Acadeosity cannot protect, recognise or refund payments made outside official channels. If anyone asks you to pay them directly, tell us at [email protected].
08Invoices and receipts
You will receive a payment confirmation and an invoice or receipt by email. Please keep them for your records and for any refund request.
09Schools, universities and organisations
Organisations can request a quote and pay by invoice. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, invoices are payable within 15 days. Access for organisation-funded learners may be paused if invoices remain unpaid after a reminder.
10Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails but money is deducted, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider. If you are charged twice for the same order, contact us with your payment reference and we will refund the duplicate amount.
11Instalments, offers and promotional codes
Where we offer instalment plans, discounts or promotional codes, their conditions will be shown at the time of the offer. Offers cannot be combined unless stated and have no cash value.
12Scholarships and free sessions
From time to time we may offer free introductory sessions, scholarships or fee support, for example through Acadeosity Foundation initiatives. Their eligibility rules will be published with each offer. Free sessions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
13Price changes
We may change prices for future purchases. Changes do not affect Services you have already paid for.
14Chargebacks and fraud
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first so that we can help. We may suspend access connected to fraudulent payments or chargebacks raised without reason, and we cooperate with payment providers and authorities to prevent fraud.
15Payment records
We keep payment and invoice records as required by Indian tax and accounting laws. You can ask us for a copy of a past invoice at any time.
