01About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Acadeosity Global Learning Private Limited ("Acadeosity", "we", "us"). They apply to www.acadeosity.com and to the learning, guidance, community and related services we offer under the Acadeosity name and its brands, including Unilearno ("Services").
If a Service publishes its own terms, those terms apply to that Service and take priority where they differ from these Terms.
By using the website or any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

04Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a Service in your own name.
- Learners under 18 may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and is responsible for their use.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been misused.
05Using the Services for an organisation
If you use the Services on behalf of a school, university, company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation. A separate written agreement with that organisation may also apply, and it will take priority where it differs from these Terms.
06Keeping your account secure
- Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login with anyone.
- Each account is for one person. Parents may manage accounts for their own children.
- We may ask you to verify your identity, age or the consent of a parent before giving access to some features.
- We will never ask for your password by email, phone or message.
07Our Services
Acadeosity is an ecosystem of connected learning and development experiences. Some parts of the ecosystem are available now and others are still being developed; we describe features that are not yet available as plans, not promises.
We may change, add or withdraw features, programmes or Services. Where a change materially affects a Service you have paid for, we will tell you and our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy will apply.
08Online sessions and safety
- Sessions take place on the platforms and tools we provide or approve. Please do not move sessions to personal accounts, phone numbers or social media.
- Sessions may not be recorded by anyone without the consent of everyone involved. Where Acadeosity records a session for quality, safety or learning purposes, we will tell you in advance and handle the recording under our Privacy Policy.
- For learners under 18, a parent or guardian should be aware of, and may be present for, any session.
09Features in development
Some features may be offered as previews, pilots or early versions. They may change, have limited availability or be withdrawn, and may not work as reliably as established features. We will label them clearly.
10Your responsibilities
When you use the Services, you agree to:
- follow these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and, if you are a learner, our Student Code of Ethical Use;
- use the Services for lawful, personal learning and development purposes;
- respect the people you learn and work with, including mentors, Academic Experts, other learners and our team;
- follow the academic rules of any school, university or institution you study with.
11Academic integrity
Our Services support learning. They are not a way to avoid it. We do not complete assessed work for submission, take examinations on anyone's behalf or help anyone misrepresent their work. Mentors must never complete assessed work for submission, take tests on anyone's behalf or provide answers to live assessments. Learners must follow the academic rules of their own school, college or university. Our Student Code of Ethical Use and Mentor Code of Conduct explain what this means in practice.
12Mentors and Academic Experts
Mentors and Academic Experts provide guidance, explanation and feedback. We take reasonable care in selecting them and they must follow our Mentor Code of Conduct and Mentor Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement.
Guidance is educational. We do not guarantee any particular grade, result, admission, job or other outcome, which depends on many factors outside our control, including your own work.
13Fees, payments, cancellations and refunds
Where a Service is paid, the price and what it includes will be shown before you pay. Our Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
14Intellectual property
The website, our brands, logos, designs, text, illustrations, learning materials and software belong to Acadeosity or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, sell, republish, scrape or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
Content you create remains yours. By sharing it within a Service (for example, a question or a draft for feedback) you give us a limited licence to use it only to provide that Service to you.
15Feedback and suggestions
If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions about the Services, we may use them to improve the Services without any obligation to you.
16Content standards and moderation
You are responsible for the Content you share. It must be lawful, accurate where it claims to be factual, and respectful of other people's rights. We may review, remove or restrict Content that breaches these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, but we do not review all Content before it is shared.
17Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or work with third-party websites, payment providers or tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
18Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Services accurate, available and useful, but we provide them "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
19Availability and maintenance
We may need to suspend the Services briefly for maintenance, updates or security reasons. We try to schedule planned maintenance at quiet times and to give notice where we can.
20Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet or power failures, government action or pandemics. If such an event affects a Service you have paid for, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a fair remedy.
21Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Acadeosity is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, opportunity or reputation. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a Service is limited to the amount you paid us for that Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
22Indemnity
You agree to compensate Acadeosity for reasonable losses and costs caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
23Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or our policies, if required by law, or to protect learners, mentors or the Services. Where appropriate we will explain why and give you an opportunity to respond. You may stop using the Services at any time.
24Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will give reasonable notice, for example on the website or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
25Communications and notices
We may send you service messages by email, SMS, in-app notification or on the website, for example to confirm bookings, payments or changes. You agree that these electronic communications meet any legal requirement for communications in writing. You can contact us at [email protected].
26Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern informally.
27Users outside India
If you live in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada or another country, you may have rights under local consumer law that cannot be excluded, such as consumer guarantees. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
28General
- If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation as part of a reorganisation or sale, and we will tell you if this affects you. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
29Grievances and contact
If you have a complaint, please write to our Grievance Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Grievance". We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
